The Association is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors. The Board typically meets on the 4th Thursday of each month, and meetings are open to PHCA members only and guests invited by the Board.
Unless otherwise indicated, the 2024 meetings are scheduled for 4:00pm HST via Zoom. The Zoom link to register for each month’s meeting will be posted in the News Feed closer to the meeting date.
Board of Directors’ elections are held annually with each Director serving a 3-year term of office.
