Community Design Committee
Architectural Review

The PHCA Protective Covenants (CC&Rs) allow for a Community Design Committee dedicated to the design review of each property within the Association. The intent of the review process is to enhance Princeville’s unique character and preserve homeowner equity. The CDC:

  • Reviews and acts upon proposals or plans submitted pursuant to Article III of the PHCA Protective Covenants.
  • Recommends architectural rules for adoption, amendment, or repeal for approval by the PHCA Board.
  • Performs other duties from time to time as delegated to it by the Protective Covenants.
